Stradivarius: Copenhagen Street Style

COPENHAGEN STREET STYLE
The Danish capital has established itself as one of the epicentres of street style. In Copenhagen, fashion doesn’t only belong on the catwalks; it is lived on the streets. In its latest editorial, Stradivarius presents a series of looks that build an urban wardrobe where Scandinavian codes meet a bold sense of femininity.

Relaxed silhouettes and generous volumes set the tone for a collection in which cargo trousers and oversized pieces coexist with corsets and stilettos. Two distinct style universes emerge: City Muse and Urban Icon, representing two different attitudes and translating into dressier and more sophisticated looks on the one hand, and more casual, laid-back outfits on the other.
Oversized shirts, leather jackets with structured shoulders and voluminous trousers are balanced with fitted bodysuits, corsetry, and stilettos.

The color palette centres around shades of beige and khaki, punctuated by pops of color such as red. Suede, lace, technical fabrics and denim enrich the looks through a mix of textures. Layering also takes centre stage, taking classic pieces out of their usual context and giving them a more urban feel.
Completing the looks are narrow-framed sunglasses and XL retro-inspired styles, compact bags and suede-effect footwear, including slouchy peep-toe ankle boots and pointed-toe shoes, adding a feminine touch to the more casual combinations.
